A man accused of murdering a sheriff, escapes a posse and joins a gang at the Bar-O-Ranch. The mistress of the ranch is about to be cheated out of her land, but the wanted man helps her against the gang and bests the leader in a fight. The wanted man is actually the brother of the sheriff, who had been kidnapped in the scheme against the ranch owner. Notes

This film was reviewed in August 1932 by Hollywood Reporter under its working title, Alias Panamint Jack. Sources disagree concerning the release date; Motion Picture Herald release charts list it as October 1, 1932, while Motion Picture Almanac charts list it as February 1, 1933. Film Daily notes that in the film, Jack Hoxie's horse Dynamite "steals major honors." Modern sources state that this was the first of Hoxie's sound Westerns, that Larry Darmour was the producer, that Jack Rockwell, rather than Rockway, who is listed in reviews, was in the cast, and that the cast also included Frank Ellis, Jack Kirk, Blackjack Ward, Tex Palmer, Pete Morrison, Jim Corey, Horace B. Carpenter, Slim Whitaker and Hank Bell.
