Synopsis
Chester Beatty, a salesman for a glass eye manufacturer, finally marries Tessie Weeks after a twenty year engagement, during which he kept secret his habit of sleepwalking. They honeymoon at Lake Okawookaboogee Lodge, a hospital where people take the "cure," because Chester hopes to get a large order from a patient, Horace B. Stanton. Chester is successful in getting his order and his strict boss is overjoyed. Tessie discovers Chester sleepwalking, and he reveals that some doctors have told him that it is his subconscious that prompts him to sleepwalk, and he could be dangerous. When a patient's jewels are stolen, and another patient is murdered, Chester becomes the prime suspect. One night, everyone follows him on his late night jaunt. When Chester wanders into the lobby, he captures the real criminal, a patient who pretended to be a cripple, while he is robbing the safe. Chester becomes a hero. Stanton hires him as his supervisor, and Chester and Tessie finally head for a real honeymoon at Niagara Falls.
