Synopsis

Marion and Andrew Dorsey are happily married until Vivian Hepburn takes advantage of Marion's absence, vamps Andrew, and obtains his note for $25,000. Vivian threatens to ruin Andrew; he confesses all to Marion; and though she considers divorcing him, she later decides to seek employment as Vivian's secretary. Through Guy Tarlow, whom Vivian really loves and whom Marion vamps in revenge, Marion steals all her ill-gotten spoils. She is pursued by Tarlow, Vivian, and Judge Perry, who is in love with Vivian. Marion flays Vivian as a thief and a cheat and proves that she has been operating a crooked gambling establishment. With Vivian defeated, Tarlow departs, swearing eternal love and admitting reform; and Andrew persuades Marion to remain as a friend.
