She then acted in "Lille soldat" (2008), "The Life and Times of Vivienne Vyle" (SundanceTV, 2008-09) and the Hugh Jackman blockbuster dramatic adaptation "Les Misérables" (2012). She also appeared in the Maggie Smith dramatic adaptation "The Lady in the Van" (2015). More recently, Brown acted in the comedy "Taking Stock" (2016) with Kelly Brook.
