Synopsis

Draped in ornate jewelry, grand hats and elegant clothes, the mysterious Lady M. walks the beaches of Guadeloupe looking for blackmail victims and swindler targets. She and her aging companion, Pompilius, are high class grifters who have spent their years working the world's most elite circles. While strolling the Guadeloupean sands, Lady M. discovers Lambert, a young, blonde, beach boy--her diamond in the rough. Together, Lady M. and a reluctant Pompilius transform Lambert from the small time thief that he is into a sophisticated and highly polished con artist. Their unique talents bind them in a fragile triangle which is threatened by the overwhelming forces of their greed, their jealousy and their lust.
