Synopsis
Litter person Slick Bender is the criminal mastermind of a band of diminutive crooks. While on the road, Slick becomes romantically involved with the much taller Cleo, who is on the run from her mobster boyfriend, and she joins the gang in scamming people at a traveling carnival.
