Synopsis

Charles H. Cook, a young married man of rigid, habitually good conduct, is persuaded by some friends to go out on the town for a night and gets involved in a wild party at a restaurant. Charles passes out, and, as a practical joke, his friends arrange things so that, when he comes to, he thinks he has been unfaithful to his wife, Alice. The following night is the Cooks' wedding anniversary, and Alice makes Charles take her to the restaurant where he had disgraced himself only the night before. Charles is ribbed by waiters and habitués, and it takes a good bit of explaining before Alice forgives him and they dance the anniversary waltz together.
