Brief Synopsis

Joe Paris, a cop suspended from active duty, awakens from an alcoholic binge to discover that he is being charged for a murder he has no memory of. Jenny Hudson, his court-appointed defense lawyer, is a young feminist eager to prove herself in the courtroom. Joe's history of violence and the physical evidence against him give the D.A. an airtight case, so Jenny and Joe realize the only way to prove his innocence is to find the real killer themselves.
