Ron Grainer made incredible contributions to a variety of big screen productions through his amazing knack for music. Grainer worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "A Kind of Loving" (1962), "Nothing But the Best" (1964) starring Alan Bates, "The Moon-Spinners" (1964), "The Mouse on the Moon" with Margaret Rutherford (1963), "Trial and Error" (1962) and "We Joined the Navy" (1962) starring Kenneth More. In the sixties and the seventies, Grainer devoted his time to various credits, such as "Only When I Larf" with Richard Attenborough (1968), "Lock Up Your Daughters!" (1969), "The Assassination Bureau" with Oliver Reed (1969) and "Hoffman" (1970) starring Peter Sellers. Grainer continued to exercise his talent in the seventies through the nineties, taking on a mix of projects like "The Devil Within Her" with Joan Collins (1976), "Rebecca" (PBS, 1979-1980), "Malice Aforethought" (PBS, 1980-81), "Doctor Who -- The Five Doctors" (PBS, 1983-84) and "Get Real" (1999) starring Ben Silverstone. Grainer also provided music for "Live Now - Pay Later."
