Frank Taylor was an actor who starred in many drama films. Taylor's earliest roles were in film, including the Alastair Sim comedy "Wee Geordie" (1955), the drama "Smash Palace" (1981) with Bruno Lawrence and the Mel Gibson drama "The River" (1984). He also appeared in "White Man's Legend" (1985) and the period drama "Matewan" (1987) with Chris Cooper. In the eighties and the nineties, Taylor devoted his time to various credits, such as "The Neon Empire" (1989-1990), "Society" (1992) starring Billy Warlock and "Sommersby" (1993) starring Richard Gere. He also worked on "Blessing" with Melora Griffis (1995). In the nineties and the early 2000s, Taylor lent his talents to projects like "Clark Gable: Tall, Dark and Handsome" (TNT, 1995-96), "Light It Up" with Usher (1999) and "Novocaine" (2001).
