George (Warren Beatty) has just finished doing a cut for former girlfriend Jackie (Julie Christie) and decides to get friendly when Lester (Jack Warden), her current lover and his potential financier, who presumes he's gay, turns up, Hal Ashby directing, in Shampoo, 1975.
