The Magic Sword

An hour into the piece, we see producer-director Bert I. Gordon’s double dragon, roasting the princess (Anne Helm), Lodac (Basil Rathbone) gloating as George (Gary Lockwood) attempts rescue, his mom, witch Sybil (Estelle Winwood), in support, in the fantasy-myth mash-up The Magic Sword, 1962.

Smitten George (Gary Lockwood) and his witch stepmother (Estelle Winwood) are magically watching as Sir Branton (Liam Sullivan) tells the king (Merritt Stone) of the disappearance of his daughter, for which Lodac (Basil Rathbone) flamboyantly claims credit, in Bert I. Gordon’s The Magic Sword.
