Synopsis

Two bumbling police deputies in a small town learn that the governor of the state needs law enforcement officers to volunteer for an undercover assignment. They accept the challenge of posing as criminals and going into a maximum security prison to find and retrieve stolen government money. The governor is the only other person who knows their true identities, and soon after the job begins, he dies.
