Carry on Cleo

Now Mark Antony (Sidney James) is off to Egypt with his sergeant major (Victor Maddern), and made to wait by Archimedes (Michael Ward) for queen Cleopatra (Amanda Barrie, her first scene), whose appearance changes the game, in the tenth film in the hit English series, Carry On Cleo, 1965.

Narration by E.V.H. Emmett introduces Caesar (Kenneth Williams) who, with aide Bilius (David Davenport) and slave Gloria (Julie Stevens) isn’t enjoying the invasion of Great Britain, and his general Mark Antony (Sidney James) also finds it odd, in the tenth film in the series, Carry On Cleo, 1965.
