Brief Synopsis
Framed for the robbery of an army payroll, Lieutenant Duke Halliday tracks the real thief, Jim Fiske. In Veracruz, Halliday joins forces with Fiske's jilted fiancée where everyone is, in turn, doggedly pursued by Mexican police inspector Colonel Ortega.
