Finishing School

Savvy “Pony” (Ginger Rogers) and novice pal Virginia (Frances Dee) from boarding school, having deployed a fake chaperone, arrive at their New York hotel for weekend partying, where waiter Mac (Bruce Cabot) soon becomes more relevant than their frat-boy dates, in Finishing School, 1934.

The school head (Beulah Bondie) introduces new girl Virginia (Frances Dee) to roommate Celeste (a.k.a. "Pony," Ginger Rogers) who immediately takes over the movie, Ruth and Maggie (Marjorie Lytell, Adalyn Doyle) trying to keep up, early in Finishing School, 1934.
