Pentagon employee Julian (John Ridgely) brings his new colleague, Soviet war hero Natalia (Eve Arden) to the suddenly-crowded Washington hotel bridal suite where his wife Edna (Ann Sheridan) has received her two newlywed ex-showgirl pals Vivian and Nan (Jane Wyman, Alexis Smith), early in The Doughgirls, 1944.
