Malaysian plantation owner Ferris (William Holden), American veteran of the local WWII conflict with Japan and friend of the current rebels, receives nervous colonial Brits (Sydney Tafler, Allan Cuthbertson), his significant other Dhana (Capucine) in the wings, in The 7th Dawn, 1964.
