Brief Synopsis

Top racketeer Nick Scanlon has anyone he can't bribe murdered, until Captain McQuigg convinces Scanlon's mole to talk. But McQuigg must still face his fellow cops, who are on Scanlon's payroll, before he can arrest Scanlon.
