The Public Menace

Red (George Murphy) is a New York newspaperman on a docked ocean liner looking for a scoop, who just met ship beautician Cassie (Jean Arthur), who's not being allowed to quit and jump ship, early in The Public Menace, 1935, directed by Erle C. Kenton.
