Opening with top-billed Irene Dunne with a tiny but nifty bit of German, as scientist Christina, Joel McCrea her American architect husband, and an uncredited Gustav von Seyffertitz as her boss, John Cromwell directing from the hit Sidney Howard play, in RKO's The Silver Cord, 1933.
