Following the suicide of Oxford professor Sharpey (Harold Goldblatt), military intelligence officer Hall (John Clements), who suspects he was a spy, is shown a film of his experiments in sensory deprivaton, with a first appearance by Dirk Bogarde as Longman, in The Mind Benders, 1963.
