Young Torless

Barbara Steele, then best-known from gaudy British horror roles, is Bozena, single-mom prostitute welcoming early-20th century Austrian military school cadets, experienced Beineberg (Bernd Tischer) and novice Matthieu Carriere (title character) in Volker Schlondorff’s Young Torless, 1966.
