Broderick Crawford is comfortable playing the well-meaning D-A Knowland, but not happy with the corporate lawyer Bradley (Roland Winters), defending an employee (Glenn Ford, not seen here) who accidentally killed a guy in a bar fight, early in director Henry Levin's Convicted, 1950.
