A wealthy woman is robbed of her jewels during a masquerade ball, and one of the suspects is her personal secretary. All of the suspects board a train, where the secretary falls in love with the main suspect, and another suspect is murdered. When they arrive in another city, the suspects are transported to the district attorney's office, where it is revealed that the main suspect is actually a detective for the company that insured the jewels. It is revealed that the thief was also responsible for the murder and he is arrested. The personal secretary is cleared of suspicion, and she and the detective fall in love.

According to a June 1932 Variety news item, Ivan Lebedeff, Marian Shockley and Phillips Smalley were cast in the film. Their contribution to the final film has not been determined.
