Synopsis
A sex scandal involving Washington politicians involves a prostitute who is a friend of the famous Happy Hooker, Xaviera Hollander. When the woman conveniently disappears, Xaviera is furious. In an effort to divert attention from their misdeeds, a group of senators begins holding hearings on the loose sexual mores in America, and try to turn Xaviera into a scapegoat. She is unconcerned when subp naed to appear as a hostile witness, but her attorney warns her that bigger issues like personal freedom and censorship are involved, so they go to Washington ready to fight. Xaviera lightens up the stuffy hearings, but part way through, she is kidnapped by an undercover CIA agent and sent to Miami to seduce an Arabian sheik for the government. While there, she discovers her friend in the man's harem and returns to Washington where she exposes the senate sub-committee members as white slavers and degenerates.
