Synopsis

In the small town of San Pablo, land speculator Henry Weatherby has been buying land rights and forcing ranchers off their properties, then selling the lands to a road building company. Henry's son Dick becomes alienated from his father when he attempts to force brother and sister Nesta and Tom Wayne and their siblings from the family ranch. Dick supports the Waynes against his father and his crooked cousin Pete, who attempts to frame Dick for a robbery and kidnaps Nesta. Henry finally realizes the error of his ways when Pete confesses to his wrong doings. Dick and his father reconcile and Dick and Nesta decide to marry.
