Synopsis
The drunken sheriff of a small, Pacific coastal town accidentally kills his daughter's boyfriend in a drunken brawl and pins the murder on Willie, an innocent member of an area motorcycle gang. Willie's brother, Joe, returns from the Marines and, with the assistance of Sharon, his brother's ex-girl friend, joins the bikers in an attempt to discover the real murderer. The sheriff's daughter commits perjury to protect her father, but she reveals to Joe what actually happened. Joe confronts the sheriff, and the latter is killed by his own gun in the fight that ensues. Willie, released from custody, rapes Sharon, but he is killed by his vengeful brother.
