A group of friends form a radio station in Emilia Romagna in the 1970s. Iena wants to be a rebel, but nobody is surprised when he settles down with a nice girl to raise a family; Boris is trapped in his own cynicism; Tito deals with a dysfunctional family; and Freccia drifts into heroin addiction.
