Synopsis
Donna has pulled herself out of a lifestyle of drugs and prostitution, and now owns a '90's beatnik coffee shop which serves as an oasis for runaway teens. The city council is trying to close her down on account of the undesirable element she attracts to the neighborhood. One city councilman holds the swing vote: he is her ex-lover, and his goal is to either win her back or shut her down.
