Synopsis
The first in a series of television movies starring Peter Falk as the unconventional detective which he created in the original NBC series. In this telefilm, a psychic murders a magician who could expose him as a charlatan and destroy his opportunity to work on a secret government project. Using the magician's trick guillotine as the murder weapon, the psychic believes he has committed the perfect crime until Detective Columbo enters the scene.
