Synopsis

It didn't get any hotter than the summer of 1977 in New York City. As temperatures soared into the hundreds things started to change in the city and it made everyone a little tense and crazy. Looters poured into the streets as a blackout plunged the city into drkness and fear; and a mysterious psychopath began gunning down random strangers in the night. As the media fueled fear and paranoia around 'Son of Sam', neighborhoods disintegrated, friends turned against each other, and trust turned into dread. As the atmosphere of a witch hunt for those who were not normal grew, porn star and punk rocker Pepe Valentine found himself under suspicion, and was nearly murdered by friends who suspected him of being the Son of Sam.
