Biography
Roxanne Arlen was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Arlen's career beginnings included film roles in "Illegal" (1955) with Edward G Robinson, the Maureen O'Hara comedy "Everything But the Truth" (1956) and the action film "Hot-Rod Girl" (1956) with Lori Nelson. Arlen began to focus on film after appearing in the biopic "The Best Things in Life Are Free" (1956) with Gordon MacRae, the Rory Calhoun crime drama "The Big Caper" (1957) and "Bachelor Flat" (1961). She also appeared in "Gypsy" (1962) with Rosalind Russell and the Shelley Winters dramatic adaptation "A House Is Not a Home" (1964). Later in her career, Arlen acted in the Robert Morse comedic adaptation "The Loved One" (1965).
