Biography
Gary Werntz was an actor who has created his niche in the dramatic film. Werntz began his acting career appearing mainly in films, such as the action flick "Wanted Dead or Alive" (1987) with Rutger Hauer, the Edward Laurence Albert action picture "Exiled in America" (1990) and the Wings Hauser action movie "The Art of Dying" (1991). He also starred in the TV movies "Under the Influence" (CBS, 1986-87) and "Kate's Secret" (NBC, 1986-87). He worked in series television while getting his start in acting, including a part on "L.A. Law" (NBC, 1986-1994). He continued to act in productions like the action film "The Peacemaker" (1997) with George Clooney, the Robert Duvall box office smash action picture "Deep Impact" (1998) and the dramatic adaptation "Pay It Forward" (2000) with Kevin Spacey. Werntz most recently acted on "Bad Judge" (NBC, 2014-15).
