Nellie Bellflower was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. She also appeared in the TV movie "Rendezvous Hotel" (CBS, 1978-79). Bellflower worked in television around the start of her acting career with a role on "The Kelly Monteith Show" (CBS, 1975-76). She appeared in a number of television specials, including "The Ambassador" (CBS, 1974-75) and "You're Just Like Your Father" (CBS, 1975-76). In the seventies and the eighties, Bellflower devoted her time to various credits, such as "Americathon" with Peter Riegert (1979), "John Steinbeck's "East of Eden"" (1980-81) and "Thundarr the Barbarian" (ABC, 1980-82). She also worked on "Goldie Gold and Action Jack" (ABC, 1981-82). She also was featured in the TV movies "Night Partners" (CBS, 1983-84) and "Celebration Family" (ABC, 1986-87). Most recently, Bellflower produced the Frances McDormand dramatic adaptation "Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day" (2008).
