Starring Peter Fonda

Peter Fonda, part of a family recognized as filmdom royalty, co-hosts an evening of films highlighting a career that has lasted for more than 50 years. The lineup includes Easy Rider (1969), the movie that made Fonda an icon of the 1960s counterculture and brought him an Oscar® nomination for co-writing the screenplay. A TCM premiere is also in the mix: Ulee's Gold (1997), for which his performance as a beekeeper brought him numerous honors including a Golden Globe® and an Oscar® nomination.

Also showing: Lilith (1964), in which Fonda plays a suicidal mental patient; Wanda Nevada (1979), in which Fonda co-stars with Brooke Shields and enjoys his only acting role with his famous father; and The Young Lovers (1964), in which he has the leading role of an art student who falls for a teacher's assistant played by Sharon Hugueny. The pair is forced to grow up quickly when Hugueny becomes pregnant.
