Very funny forgotten slapstick movie
- Thomas Newsome
- 1/14/07
I was watching TCM on Saturday morning about 1:00 am and Zoombies on Broadway came on. It sort of reminded me of a Abbott and Costello movie in the sense. I would gladly add this to my collection if it were available on DVD or VHS. There was one particular part when the three were trying to leave the Island and they came to the boat dock and were trying to figure a way to get on the boat past the natives and when Mike, a zombie at the time walked out inn front of the natives with his hands out and walking like a zoombie, the natives were afriad of his might be voodoo powers of a zombie and gets on the boat. His sidekick and the woman see what happened and act like zoombies also and the natives are once again afraid by the false zombies getting on the boat. What steals the movie in parts is the monkey who then comes out in front of the natives with his hands out in fromt of him and walking like a zoombie and the natives run away from all the zombies going past them. This is one forgotten very funny movie which is very short but worth the time.....
