Young and Dangerous marked the motion picture debut of Connie Stevens. Although Stevens also appeared in Eighteen and Anxious, which was made just prior to Young and Dangerous, the former film was released later. According to a Los Angeles Times news item, Young and Dangerous was to be shown on a double bill with Regal's Rockabilly Baby.
