  • My favorite Lamour movie

    • Julie Tucker

I watched this movie in the 1960's when it was shown on a local movie channel! I fell in love with this movie and with the songs Dorothy sang. Such a good movie and I loved the tree house, the chimp and the special effects for that time! It has been a hard movie to track down due to the fact it was filmed in a different format. I do wish TCM would show this wonderful movie sometime soon!

This is a fantastic movie, I would love to have the opportunity to see it again. I was a small child when I first saw this movie with my mother. It has been very hard to track down. I would love TCM to show this movie and I certainly would buy it.

  • Beautiful Love Story

I can still remember the song Dorothy Lamour kept singing. I'll catch myself humming it now and then. I'd certainly by the DVD also! I wish TCM would air it with the tribute to Dorothy!

  • A Smile to Melt Your Heart

I saw TYPHOON about sixty five years ago. Dorothy Lamour was every young boy's and every man's dream. I can still imagine her, wearing a sarong and combing her hair with a sea shell, with a smile to melt your heart. A great adventure story, a beautiful Lamour. I would certainly buy the DVD.
