    This is THE movie for flying aircraft modelers who became certified pilots. So wonderful to see a movie about the "golden age of aviation". The Thompson Trophy backdrop is very unique. The girls are just like guys who fly dream of! I've built a few of the planes as models over the years, but flown them all -- in my mind. I can't believe I'm just shy of 60 and have never seen or heard of this movie!

    This is one of the must see movies that show women becoming empowered in a field that is dominated by men. The women show courage and get up and go. The roles could have easily been reversed for men. This is a great movie that shows women can do anything even at this point in history.
