  Love the sentiment of this film.In my opinion,needs regular viewing.Love the older married couple of Baz and Barb!It is his film,and he's great.Love the backstage photos of Baz and Barb visiting with the goat!

  Basil, Douglas, Barbara, Lionel excellent. Good entertainment, could do without the ants.

• Don't Forget This Fine Old Classic!

  Made in the waning years of the British Empire just before WWII, this film is a fun romp in the style (and with some of the same cast) of Gunga Din. Probably not very politically correct, it is another showcase for great one-of-a-kind talents of Douglas Fairbanks,Jr (rivals today's late Heath Ledger in those British military uniforms: what a 1939 hottie!) and a non-Sherlock Holmes, non-villainous Basil Rathbone. Great fun on a Saturday afternoon! Wish it was on DVD; it would be a keeper.
