Strangers in Love (1932)
- Mr. Blandings
- 1/16/12
Great acting by Fredric March in a dual role, and great special effects, too. There is one scene with Stuart Erwin trying to get back a check that is in poor taste, and the plot starts to lag at that time, but it picks up again for a quickly tied up, light-hearted ending. Overall, it's a pre-code quality film that is worth watching.

Delightful comedy!

Fredric March plays twin brothers - a dishonest, prissy one and an upright, devil-may-care type. You can't beat 2 of him in one movie! Plays well with Kay Francis & Stu Erwin, and you get a look at Sidney Toler (the future Charlie Chan) as a persistent detective. Lots of fun.
