This is by far the best muscial Betty Grable made at Fox. In fact, I think it is one of the top five Fox musicals of the forties. It has everything a great score, dancing , Carmen Miranda ,Cesar Romero, Harry James & Orch. etc.,etc. Why is this film not on DVD??? Why are most of her movies not on DVD??? Most of the Alice Faye films are. Anyway I'm glad TCM is at least showing it. Watch it and enjoy!

Looooooove this movie!!! The music, the scenery,& oh,the dancing--Betty Grable was at her best w/ Cesar Romero, what a perfect dancing duo. This is what we need today, just good clean, old-fashioned entertaiment. Wish TCM would show it-- I'd change my whole schedule just to watch.

This should be on home video just like all the other Betty Grable movies. It should have been put in a box set. It's just as good, if not better than her other movies. Harry James plays his horn in this movie and it is fabulous! Why hasn't anybody seen it?
