Slim Carter is very close to my real life experience with Jock'O personally. I have been in the Motion Picture Stunt Industry since 1980. My first Stunt Coordinators job was a film with Jock'O, Chcuk Connors, Johnny Crawford, Ken Curtis, James Drury, Buck Taylor, Clint Walker, Ben Johnson, Leo Gordon, Gene Autry, Monte Montana Jr.I saw Jock'O on the porch as I walked on the set of "All American Cowboy" immediately turned down Stunt Coordinator as I saw the God of Stunt sitting there. He talked me into doing the job, he helped and became like a father to me until his passing, which I cried for 3 days. i Lived the orphan boys life from that movie. Seeing this play on TCM would mean so much to me and my now 13 year old daughter who acts and dables in stunt work. I have Jock'O's hands and feet prints in plaster he signed for me.ThanksGrady BishopDGA/SAG/AFTRA/399 Teamsters

I remember the scene where Slim was dancing with Clover and I loved the music. Please air this movie soon.P.S. When AMC first aired in the early 90's they used to feature so many classic, old movies. Now they only air the current ones which I can get anywhere.
