    This movie has a nice feel to it. Good singing. Not a lot of violence so it's ok for kids too. It's nice to see a bad guy get turned around once in a while. Walter Brennan is a gem as usual. I would love it if this was on DVD (or shown more often.)

    This western is nothing special, except perhaps for its Oscar nomination for best score and the presence of Walter Brennan. The sets are phony looking and the story is mundane.
