DON'T SHOW ON KAY FRANCIS DAY! Save for Durbin

I'm so insulted TCM chose this Deanna Durbin vehicle to show on Kay Francis' birthday! I LOVE KAY FRANCIS and this film is clearly for Deanna Durbin fans. Once a year, maybe, TCM plays Kay Francis movies. If they are going to show a movie where Kay is NOT the star, then PLEASE, PLEASE show one of her wonderful pre-code films before she became a star, when she was working her way up, not this film. How about showing a Kay Francis film that's never been shown or rarely shown on TCM instead of this one that gets shown frequently? It's a crime for TCM to waste valuable Kay Francis time on Deanna Durbin! I understand those who like Durbin & I'm not knocking her singing talents, I'm just NOT a fan of hers & DON'T want see her when I tune in to see Kay Francis! It's like expecting exquisite dark chocolate & biting into icky overly sweet fake chocolate!

Excellent film with superior acting and singing. Her rendition of "Ave Maria" ranks with the best. Please make it available for DVD distribution.

Wonderful film showcasing Deanna Durbin's exquisite voice, and the acting talents of Durbin, Francis, Pidgeon, etc. It would be great if we could learn who wrote the script/screenplay - it was witty, entertaining, and original. What a refreshing film?

Excellent production. One of the rare films of Deanna Durbin, young soprano who abandonned her career to spend her time with her family. The singing is wonderful. This film should be available on VD.
