When the film began, I looked at Joel McCrea's wife as jealous and possibly possessive. As the film progressed, her character began to take on a loyal, intelligent wife quality. They almost became a team out to solve the spy, counterspy, espionage, and atomic weapon problems. Not to mention, the murder of the "would-be" poacher. exciting, yes; interesting, yes; just, not edge-of-your-seat. But, worth watching.
