What a fascinating & insightful documentary of a child star from early cinema!! My only criticism is that it was too brief of a documentary. Ms. Cary (aka Baby Peggy & Ms. Peggy Montgomery) is such an amazing and courageous lady that her perseverance is such an inspiration. A highly recommended must-see.

I loved this film, that I just happened on. What an actress Baby Peggy was. Wish I could see more of her films. Is there a place they will be shown?
How can you not love Baby Peggy! Her expressions and and acting for a child were amazing. Not only was she adorable, but her movies are fun to watch. Baby Peggy is now 96 years old, and along with Luise Rainier (amazingly almost 105), Kirk Douglas and Norman Lloyd, is one of my favorites from the old Hollywood.
A rare glimpse into the the life of 91 year old silent screen star and film historian Baby Peggy aka Diana Serra Cary!!! She is truly a dynamic and talented woman who overcame many odds. She's an inspiration to all!
So Glad I Found Out About Her
Thanks, TCM - I think she was a great performer and, based solely on your one evening of her films, she has become my personal all-time favorite child star next to Shirley.
