Best scene of sociopathic teenage girl spread eagle on the back of her murder victim, playing horsey, having a ball making sure he's dead.

... ahead of it's time. The story line and acting were so very ahead of it's time. Don't read the synopsis of plot, just watch. Good, odd, twisted stuff.

Brilliant script, remarkable lead performances. Weld should have gotten an Oscar for this.

What a crazy story! I am surprised this isnt more of a cult film.It is not predictable, thats for sure and the various twists kept me glued to the screen. Good performances, excellent screenplay. Beverly Garland stands out in the cast.

Anthony Perkins, Tuesday Weld, and Beverly Garland are so attractive (in their "prime") in this psychological thriller released in 1968. It's a movie to watch again and again (the purpose of a DVD).
