Will I ever see it again..
There are movies that we view and that are burned into our brains, our memories are sometime wipe away, well somethings are but there are those that we will never forget, and this movie played on AMC one night as i was getting my son ready for bed and he was lying in my arms slowly drifting off into slumber-land and right away. I was glued to my seat I saw the light in her eyes over the love of her life and I was happy for her..taking me back to a time when my true love was what made my eyes shine bright , but with the sweet comes the sour...and it never stopped with this sweet lady,,not even when she was going to have her loves baby and she knew this but still her love for everyone was true, so knowing with what had happen in her past she truly felt it was the only way to prove it was to pay her dues by giving birth and dying leaving her sister her true love and their newborn baby,,She was happy to do so,, how and the world can you not put this movie on Disk,, Do-it-for-the-Love-of-Mike!This is the seventh time I have looked this up it is not a movie that can be easily found,,it's irritating too..what do i have to do to convince you to print this movie and if not on disk make it available on-line,,, I don't ask for anything for myself usually ,but this is one of my all time favorites and I would like to add it to my collection,,,please understand you are keeping a great movie and it will someday disappear.. How sad!
A Must Have On DVD
I was 3 years old when this movie came out. I've seen it several times during my life. I haven't seen it in years, but i always prayed that it would be on DVD one day. That day has not come. I hope that it does while i can still appreciate a heartfelt, deep and thought provokiing Classic Movie such as this one. They just don't make them like this anymore
And Then the Love Affair Began
- Monica Twylette Harrison
I saw this movie in 1988 when I was twelve years old and it started my love affair for classic movies. I never knew the title of the movie until a couple of years ago with the advancements in technology and search engines. I would always type something to the effect of what was the movies when two sisters fall in love with a guy and the older sister accidently kills her younger sister child. It was months before I came up with anything but then one day a synopsis for a movie called Paid in Full came available in the search engine.... When I read the synopsis I almost cried and I was like yes that is the movie. Some of my other favorite movies are The Red Headed Woman Jeezebel and Now Voyager..... Bette Davis is my all time favorite actress.

Paid in Full

Wonderful movie starring Robert Cummings and Lizabeth Scott who is played "against type" in this film. Lizabeth Scott always played the "bad girl," in most of her movies, but in this movie she is cast as a sympathetic character who steps aside in order to let her older selfish sister marry Bob Cummings even tho she is in love with him as well. At the end, Lizabeth Scott dies in childbirth and Bob Cummings and Lizabeth's older sister are at her side and agree to take custody of her baby. Please release this movie on DVD. Hollywood doesn't make movies like this anymore and it is a movie that needs to be released on DVD so that those of us who love and appreciate these kinds of movies, can avail themselves of the privilege to own a copy of this movie.
Can this truly be lost to time?
I can't believe this film never made it from celluloid to even video tape. The dark yet moving storyline was one of the greats. Paid in Full should definitely be made available on dvd/blueray and should be shown on the classic movie channels. Please bring this back. There aren't very many movies these days of this caliber.
Please put on dvd

Paid in full was one of the best movies I have ever seen,it's very touching and it also shows how much Jane really loved her sister Nancy. She knew that there was a possiblity that she would die if she gave birth again ,but she was willing to take that chance to show how much she loved her sister.
